Family Nature Printmaking Workshop

Join Katie Harrison and Sarah Gregson, experienced, local, creative Art Practitioners from Crosshatch Art Workshops & Makerspace in Winsford, for a fun, family-friendly printmaking workshop at Bluebell Woods on Thursday 25th August. This session will help families connect with nature and themselves, through creative, nature inspired art.

Bring the family along to try their hand at printmaking!

On this workshop, you’ll learn and explore different printing processes, using a variety of natural and found objects from the woods to create beautiful artwork.

This workshop includes:

- Exploring the traditional technique of monoprinting and Gelli print to produce your own set of beautiful nature prints or cards. The workshop will offer printing materials to allow you to create colourful greetings card designs and artistic prints.

- Experiment and enjoy learning how to monoprint onto organic clay, using colourful slips to create your own nature themed ceramic dish.

Both will be great to have in your home and as a gift.

This family event designed for adults and children to enjoy together. Tickets are available for 

£10 per individual, including child/children to cover materials and clay firing costs. Prints will be ready to take home from the workshop whereas your pottery will take up to 2 weeks.
