Family Woodland Crown Workshop

Join Rebecca Montwill, local eco-florist and nature enthusiast, for a fun, family-friendly exploration of Bluebell Wood and create a Woodland Crown to take home. This session will allow families to explore Bluebell Wood while foraging for leaves and other treasures to decorate their Woodland crowns.

All materials required will be provided but if you have some beautiful blooms in your garden bring them along to personalise your crown.

During the workshop, you’ll be introduced to the trees you could meet in the Bluebell Wood and learn how to identify their leaves. You will then create a Woodland Crown to take home using a variety of natural and found objects from Bluebell Wood.

This workshop includes:

- Exploring Bluebell Wood

- Learning about the trees , flora and fauna of the woods

- Creating a Woodland Crown using sustainable techniques and foraged materials

This family event designed for primary school aged children and adults to enjoy together.
